Shipping & Delivery
I take care to ensure every painting is well protected and prepared for its journey to you. Shipping and delivery options vary depending on whether your artwork is purchased unframed or framed. All pastel paintings will ultimately need to be framed under glass. Purchasing unframed artwork and organising framing yourself will save significantly with shipping costs.

Unframed Paintings
Unframed paintings are temporarily mounted on foam core board to help keep them secure and protected during transit. Each painting is then placed inside a protective Krystal seal bag. The protected painting is packaged into a rigid cardboard box and, for delivery within Australia, sent via Australia Post, with a flat shipping rate applied at checkout. For international delivery, please contact me for a quote.

Framed Paintings
Framed paintings may be collected directly from my studio in Marcus Beach, or I offer free delivery within the Sunshine Coast.
If your framed painting needs to be shipped outside the Sunshine Coast, freight is an additional cost. Please contact me before purchasing or arranging delivery so I can provide you with a shipping quote.

The freight cost will include professional packing and courier delivery, ensuring your framed artwork is carefully protected for its journey to you.

Returns & Refunds
Each artwork is an original piece, carefully packed and sent from my Sunshine Coast studio. Please read the policy below before you buy.

Change of mind
I don't accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, including when a piece doesn't suit your space. Please check sizes, colours and details before ordering. If you'd like extra photos or measurements, just ask and I'm happy to send them.
Damaged on arrival
Every artwork is packed with care and sent fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged:

Artwork Care
Soft pastels are one of the most permanent fine art mediums. Artist-quality pigments are highly lightfast and contain very little binder, allowing the colours to remain rich and vibrant over time. Unlike some painting mediums, pastels do not yellow or crack with age.
When properly framed and cared for, a pastel artwork can be enjoyed for generations.

Framed Pastel Artwork
Your pastel painting has been professionally framed behind ArtGlass, with the artwork separated from the glass to protect the delicate pastel surface.
To keep your artwork looking its best:

Hang it away from direct sunlight and strong, prolonged light.

Avoid areas with high humidity, heat or sudden temperature changes.

Handle and move the framed artwork gently, keeping it upright where possible.

Do not remove the artwork from its frame or touch the pastel surface.

Clean the ArtGlass with a clean, soft microfibre cloth. Never spray cleaning products directly onto the glass.

Occasionally check the frame for signs of moisture or condensation.

Unframed Pastel Artwork
Your artwork is protected in a Krystal Seal® bag and temporarily mounted on archival foam core to keep it secure until framing.

Keep the artwork flat and handle it gently by the edges. Avoid touching the pastel surface.
When having your artwork framed, your framer should ensure that the pastel surface does not touch the glass. A spacer or mat is commonly used to create this separation and help protect the artwork.

Pastel is a beautiful and enduring medium when treated with care. With proper framing and these simple precautions, your painting can be enjoyed for many years to come.
